2D shooting strategy game set in space, with gravity
Slingshot is a two dimensional, turn based simulation-strategy game set in the gravity fields of several planets. It is a highly addictive game, and never the same from round to round due to its randomly generated playing fields.
It is a deceptively simple game, the goal is to shoot the other spacecraft through the field of planets, but their gravity makes it tricky. The effects of the gravity mean that although it is easy to learn how to play, and to enjoy playing, it could take a lifetime to thoroughly master.

A very simple but yet very addictive game! Nice graphics, nice gameplay, it only misses a network game mode... it would be an awesome addition!

I think this little game is effin' brilliant. I almost never spend time on games, but this one is hits it on all cylinders! I agree... network mode would be awesome... a gravity slugfest! Sound not so important, right? In space, no one can hear you scream....

cool game.Need network mode.Sound is not too important, but I don't know yet if is just for linux and doas not exist a windows (xp) variant
